Assessment & care pathway

Assess first. Act only when needed.

Every athlete starts with a clear health and development picture. Further care is activated by a documented need—not added automatically or sold as unlimited treatment.

One coordinated pathway

From family intake to safe participation.

The programme connects screening, assessment, referral and follow-up without turning every healthy athlete into a patient. Clinical decisions stay with registered professionals; the programme keeps the handoffs visible.

01

Family intake

Guardian completes health, injury, medication, allergy, concussion and consent information.

02

Baseline review

The right registered professionals assess medical readiness, movement and development needs.

03

Clear status

The family receives a Green, Amber or Red participation outcome with practical next actions.

04

Approve care

Any additional consultation is explained, quoted and approved by the guardian before booking.

05

Adjust the plan

Only the minimum safe instruction is shared with the coach and authorised care team.

06

Reassess

Progress is reviewed against clear milestones before normal participation resumes.

One status everyone understands

Clear enough to act on. Private enough to protect the athlete.

GREEN

Continue

Participate as planned. Complete routine programme actions and attend the next scheduled review.

AMBER

Modify & review

Follow the listed restrictions or adjustments while an assessment, treatment or follow-up is completed.

RED

Pause & refer

Stop the specified activity until the responsible registered professional provides updated guidance or clearance.

Coaches see participation instructions—not diagnoses or private clinical notes.

Right expert, right moment

Not every athlete needs every professional every month.

The baseline determines which support is appropriate. Each professional remains responsible for the decisions and records within their own scope.

Guardian control

Nothing extra is booked or billed invisibly.

When further care is recommended, the guardian sees the reason, professional, proposed appointment, membership allowance and expected cost before approving it.
