Sport-specific coaches
Each athlete or team is connected to the appropriate rugby, cricket, netball, hockey, swimming, athletics or tennis coach for technical development and daily sport delivery.
The connected care team
Not every athlete needs every professional every month. Our job is to coordinate the right support, keep roles clear and make the handoffs work.
Who supports the plan
Each athlete or team is connected to the appropriate rugby, cricket, netball, hockey, swimming, athletics or tennis coach for technical development and daily sport delivery.
Guides food-first fuelling, hydration, recovery and any evidence-based nutrition intervention within scope.
Assesses movement and physical capacity, then adapts individual or group conditioning to the sport coach’s objectives without replacing technical coaching.
Assesses and treats injury, supports rehabilitation and communicates safe return-to-training guidance when referred.
Provides medical assessment, diagnosis and clinical oversight when health concerns require it.
Supports focus, confidence, resilience, competitive anxiety and mental wellbeing within professional scope, with safeguarding and appropriate referral.
A coach for the sport being played
A school or club may register its existing team coach, or an individual athlete may connect an approved coach. The coach owns skill development, team training, selection and sport context; the biokineticist owns conditioning assessment and physical preparation. They work from the same schedule and agreed performance priorities.
Clear professional boundaries
Registered practitioners remain responsible for clinical decisions and records within their professional scope. Coaches do not diagnose. A shared plan does not mean every person can see every note. Access follows consent, role and genuine need.
Take the next step
We are building a local referral and delivery network for the first pilot.
